I moved from BC to Manitoba. My car needs a license conversion, but my car is leased. This problem has baffled many insurance brokers. But very lucky, I met LORRAINE ZHOU. My former broker advised me of lapsing home insurance due to the condition of the garage and knob and tube in my rental property. They endeavored to get the insurance company to continue on with my policy but could not get the job done. I pleaded with my former broker to find any insurer, which they tried to do, however their service and response were too slow for my comfort. Thankfully I found Sherry Walker at Nation West. Due to the urgency of my request, she reached out to many markets but to no avail - no one wanted to ensure me. As a last ditch effort, Sherry contacted my insurance company
