Worst dental clinic. worst experience.
I just went as I had issues with my wisdom tooth. They had my full teeth assessment and convinced me that my last two teeth (which were already root canal) are troublesome and needs to be removed. They cut my crown that was supporting both teeth. I had my doubts since my teeth wasn’t bothering me. So I consulted another dentist and was further referred to root canal and gum specialist. All of them suggested against teeth removal. I had to go through all stress and spend money to get my crown re-done.
I would not recommend this dentist.

My wife and I moved many years ago to Richmond Hill and settled in the Jefferson Forest. Tower hill Dental opened shortly after, and that is when our friendship with the amazing staff and Dr.Julie began..Over the years our smiles and bond with this outstanding clinic has grown based on trust and admiration to a somewhat extended family..The professionalism combined with a relaxed atmosphere was more than about Teeth but about a life style we want everyone in Richmond Hill to experience.

Our family was lucky enough to find Tower Hill dental a couple of years ago, when our family dentist announced his retirement. I can truly speak on behalf of my family as well, when I say how wonderful this practice is. Both Dr. Shirley and Dr.Julie provide an excellent atmosphere, professional care and gentle touch. We are so comfortable being patients, and thoroughly trust their work. Heather, Emily and all other staff, next to no other! So friendly, accommodating and truly wonderful human beings. I first came to the clinic very frightened, but Dr. Julie and the staff were highly professional and that helped me a lot with my anxieties. They explained every step of the way, they were very attentive to my needs. Always reassuring me and calming down. I'm very happy with the high quality of their work and my smile ! I would like to say that I really do appreciate the help from both dentists Dr Shirley and Dr Julie. I had a toothpain for couple of weeks and Dr Shirley was amazing to give me the right treatment to try to find options to make me feel better at all times. Even though I have been there week after week, but she is very knowledgeable and finds a way to make me comfortable to find the root to the problem. One of the best dentists I have ever been too. I also really like the ladies in front Emily and Heather they are respectful and always make you laugh which makes me comfortable. I would highly recommend

Once, to find trusted family dentistry services was a top priority for me and I can’t explain how I was satisfied after visiting Tower Hill Dental. Everybody there showed the deepest respect and desire to help me and my son feel comfortable. Later, my son attended, I believe, the best orthodontist in Richmond Hill also in this clinic.
