As like anyone, I was skeptical at first if Andrew would be as good as an agent not offering cash back. In fact it turns out that the other parties realtor did not even try to poach me for the next transaction citing that 'you will probably go with Andrew again as he is very good'. Best realtor to work with and makes the deal even sweeter with the cash back. Will definitely recommend to others in my network!
