They have been overcharging my family for years. They made the commute to be 10 times what it is. In addition to that, the office manager added what we agreed to be temporary coverage but instead renewed the policy and charged me hundreds of dollars without my permission! They refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely the opposite of what a broker should do. I would have been much better going to the insurance company directly. Don’t make the same mistake I did! If you want a broker go elsewhere!
