If getting a pedicure, we encourage you to wear pants that can be comfortably rolled up to the knees, and to bring open-toed shoes or flip flops to the spa with you. However, we will supply disposable flip flops when available. For the relaxation and well-being of all our guests, including yourself, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone and other electronic devices.

I have been going to the Vaughan location of Sanctuary Day Spa since it first opened, and last Friday was the first time I had been back since the pandemic started. Since you pay premium prices for the services to be at a high-end spa, the expectation would be to receive premium services. While my massage was good, the experience has declined. The massage bed was not warm and I was just covered by a sheet, which was not a lot of coverage with a male RMT, and I was cold. Also, and I am not sure if this was due to COVID, I was rushed into the waiting area without anyone taking my coat of offering

My wife went here for her birthday two weeks ago for a mani-pedi. She said that her experience was extremely unpleasant and that the person serving her was rude. She arrived ten mins early and had to wait in the lobby and by the time she was admitted by the receptionist, the aesthetician accused her of being late for the treatment. The aesthetician was also condescending to her regarding colour options for the nail polish and did not create a pleasant experience. This is the first and last time using this facility. Beware!

Why do you guys have to talk over your customers? Give them a chance to talk before you get anxious as if we're all here to give you a hard time. No need to get defensive if customers are just simply asking a question that requires a simple answer. Please relax and be more patient towards your customers. Thanks.

Had a mom and daughter spa day and we were not disappointed. Started with a Manganda Ritual massage. The scrub was phenomenal and the massage was so calming. Then we had pedicures and the work they did looks so nice. There was also a shea oil bootie that you wear to hydrate your feet. It was absolutely amazing. My mom and I will 110% go back. Shoutout to Evie and Natasha (our masseurs and nail techs) because they were professional AND fun to be with.

Last week I visited the Sanctuary (Vaughan) location and completed a shellac manicure and pedicure. The manicure I am sadly disappointed with.
Unfortunately the thumbnails aren’t even and the left one is on a huge slant. This is disappointing to see as I frequent Sanctuary often. My nails are noticeably uneven and slated. I had submitted an email for feedback but haven’t received any sort of reply.
This lack of attention to customer service will likely be the nail in the coffin.
