Great massage. Found them through Groupon. I am visiting from out of town, and I was pleased to find them. They are close to the YVR airport and airport hotels. Easy to book via phone, told them I was using a Groupon, and no problem with getting the an appointment next day. Masseuse was excellent. Powerful pressure, full body massage. They do charge the GST tax of about $3 at end of massage, and suggest $10 tip which I found too low as the service was excellent, so I gave extra. Thank you for a wonderful massage experience.

This place treats Groupon customers horribly. I've been to this place both with and without, and the service was definitely 100% different! When using Groupon, the masseuse didn't flip me over, didn't touch my feet, and gave a random punches at the end. She also commented on how getting this through a Groupon was way too cheap. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place!

Staff is confused and gives contradicting information. Went in to book an appointment after dim sum at sun sui wah. I arrived at 12pm on a Friday to book for 2pm. They said there were openings and that i didnt need to make an appointment. Went back at 2pm, and was told there are no openings. When i told the staff what happened, all they could do was blame the other staff member, saying that she doesnt handle appointments. Okay, no problem, ill never come again anyway.

Just look at all the other reviews. Most of them also have experienced poor service.

The place was easy to find. It is beside sun siu wah if you needed a land mark to find it. My gps lead me to the plaza across.

Anyways, upon waiting for our appointment the front end lady seemed frazzled as it seems as if they did not have enough people to do two people at a time. The two women that were the masseuses were speaking very loud , almost as if they were yelling at eachother but none the less the treatment itself was good.

I do wish it was a little warmer as it was a bit cold. But the price was good for the massage. I definitely would come

I found these guys on groupon and they said that I cant book the same day if I use a groupon. So this lady Pui Sze said that they will match the groupon prize and I can book right away. So I didn't buy it and decided to pay in store instead.

I was there for an "Aromatherapy Body Massage" for $42. When I came in the people didn't know of the deal, so I had to call Pui Sze (says on my caller ID) and explain, because no one else could speak english, she then spoke to her staff and they gave me the deal.

During the massage, the lady had her phone on loud and she kept replying

Place under construction, even the massage massage room which was very tiny. Massage itself is extremely good, but they charge GST+10$ tip afterwards.
Some other staff kept heading out for a smoke right outside the entrance, which I could smell during my session.

Came by because I wanted to try a new place. The price is decent. Yes there is a suggested tip of $10 / hour. I requested female & Cantonese speaker so I can communicate with my masseuse on my problem areas. I don't think she understood me or at least listened to my requests. She massaged the areas I said not to, and neglected the areas I needed help on. Every other masseuse I've been to can tell right away which areas need the most help because I am super tense! Her style was not bad. I liked that she cracked my back first. She crawled onto my back while opening, and that was fine

If you want a healing message this is the place! I have been 3 times to lessen the pain in my shoulder and each time have had excellent results from the foot message that starts with a neck and back rub.

For my friend with bad callouses they were all removed skillfully.

They are a few dollars more than some other foot rubs in the area and yes a $10 tip is requested. I think it is well worth it for the positive results.

The moment I walked in, the receptionist was quite friendly. And my masseuse Simon was very experienced. He was very professional and quiet. The environment over all was good. I had a great 60 minutes until I walked out and it was a different receptionist. Who was rude about the minimum 10$ tip per hour.

Which is 30% tip for a 36$ foot massage.

I don't mind tipping the staff but don't impose a minimum tip. If you want a minimum charge then you should include it in your fees. I was planning to come regularly because I was so satisfied with Simon's service but I won't return

I booked a pedicure there today at 5:30 I arrived at 4:30 asked for a one hour foot massage. The massage was only 20 minutes and when the man arrived at 5:30 he was given to another guy and I did not not get a pedicure I waited one hour for

I was actually quite happy with my masseur Simon. He actually gave me extra time cause he said he wasn't done with my massage and I was the last customer of the day for him....so I was literally preventing him from going home. He could explain a lot of pressure points and what massaging those points will help my body with in Cantonese. His massage style wasn't bad at all, but unfortunately his style of massage wasn't what I was looking for.

But yeah, masseur aside, I felt like the place was a bit too noisy.... It lacked

Masseuses are not as professional as Shangri-La FootSpa Inc. Mandatory $10 tips. The service was not so outstanding that I would tip almost 30%.

We were able to walk right in. I had a guy so he massaged me over a towel which hurt from dry fabric burn. It was more a bouncy push than a massage so my body was bouncy the whole time. He used his whole palm/elbow/arm so half of the time he was on my bones/spine, that hurt! $40 is a little expensive for non-experienced masseuse plus $10 tips

I love getting foot massages so I've been to countless different places for them, but I will probably not be going back to King Feet.

The staff seemed nice at first... But let's start off with the water. I know many people like the water hot, but this was to the point where I thought my toenails were going to fall out... My husband and I told the ladies it was too hot and they just said that's how it should be to help relax our feet. We just kind of kept our feet out of the water until they were ready to massage.

Can someone please tell Nancy Sinatra that "These Boots Were Made For Walking" was wrong? Who ever said that mankind could walk for miles is seriously wrong. Although I love running and perhaps a nice stroll on the beach, my feet gets tired, sore, and achy.

A long day in heels isn't exactly fun (no matter how sexy those Loubis makes me look). All those hours pounding the pavement not only wears my soles out, but me entirely.

That's why I like coming to King's Feet. I feel like I have the Queen's feet. LOL I must say some parts of reflexology still makes me cry, but
