I feel like I'm being generous with 2 stars but I'll leave it for now. We started with this company in 2020. The broker we had was great but then he left and I didn't even know who my broker was. I couldn't understand what anyone was saying on the phone, so we switched to email and they didn't make much sense in email as well. I contacted them to make changes and it wasn't until I contacted them a second that they made the changes, so then I had to pay for a whole month of insurance on a vehicle that I tried to have removed at the beginning of the month. A lot of the things they did, did not make

Worst Service received. They left Discrepancies in my insurance policy due to lack of timely communication and one of their agent left them. Ended up policy with them due to delay they made in updating changes to my policy.
They played very lazy role between the Insurance Company and me as their client holding no responsibility to let me know any final amounts are due or to be reimbursed.At last i received a mail from from Collection Agency straight that a payment is pending to be made.
Well done.
