I have been with signature insurance for the past 30 years. Domenic, and staff, are very cordial and get back to me with all the "right" answers. He calls me every year, before the renewal, to see if anything changed, or, is about to change. He always gives you advice on how to save money. When our home was broken into, Domenic was there 24/7. I just had a very weird experience. I call on Thursday noon for a very simple quote and the employee told me that they will get back to me and sounded like it will be soon. till Friday Evening I didn't hear back so I went ahead with another broker from another company. he called me on Monday and I apologized and explained that I went ahead with another broker but asked him out of curiosity how much was his offered premium (because my deal wasn't finalized yet ) . the surprise is he wouldn't tell unless I tell him the deal I got ! not very good customer service, I was not looking for bargaining
