In many cases, plaque will build up on different areas of the teeth, hardening into a chalky white substance known as tartar.
A dental filling is a restoration that is specifically used to fill in an area of one or more teeth that have become decayed. Dental decay, known as a cavity, can infiltrate a tooth and cause it to become weak. Over time, the decay essentially eats into the tooth to reach the inner pulp. Before the decay is allowed to get to this point, it's removed and replaced with a tooth-colored composite resin filling.
A dental x-ray is an image that enables us to see underneath the surface of teeth and gums. These images can help us to see decay, infections, impacted teeth, bone loss and many other oral-related problems. X-rays use a very minimal amount of radiation, so they are safe for patients of all ages. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and safe experience when having x-rays taken.

What can I say. I’m 42 yrs old and have always had problems with my teeth. I looked around for 3 weeks for a dentist office that would do emergency work for me when I finally reached out Todays Dental. There was no hesitation, I was there and taken in immediately. The reception was awesome. The dentist pulled 3 molars for me in less then an hour. All I can say is they ROCK. Definitely mine and my families full time dentist from here out. Thank you Dr Beeson. My experience at Today’s Dental was exceptional! I walked in a moment late (my own fault) and the front desk ladies and my hygienist Devon were nothing but welcoming and got me settled in right away. Devon was great and thorough to the point of noticing an error I made on my new patient forms. Dr. Beeson was also great! I had been a patient of Dr. Beeson at a different location previously and was a big fan of the comprehensive and patient focused care he provided then. My first visit today was amazing, after filling out new patient forms, I was seen immediately, the ladies at reception were kind, personable and very welcoming. Dr. Beeson and his assistants were equally friendly, very professional, and explained ALL of my treatment options. I will be bringing my family here for all future dental care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dental office for their family!

Friendly staff, always see the same dentist which is a priority for me, non-judgemental in their education. I go for a cleaning twice a year and they generally always remember me. I LOVE the front end staff - friendly reception is important for my experience. Everyone is great with my toddler when we come for our experience visits. And I have yet to be shocked with a bill I wasn't made aware of, as I have been other places in town. Love this office!

I found Today's Dental to be very friendly and professional. I feel comfortable in their offices. I am not a big fan of having dental cleanings or procedures done on me but I talked to them about this and they have been very good with treating me accordingly. I actually left there feeling like maybe it wasn't such a big deal!

As a new patient here, I just left this morning from my appointment and though I went in fearing the worst-case scenario, I came out with a cleaner, healthier mouth thanks to the technician who worked with me there today.
I was reassured, informed and encouraged to keep doing as I'm doing and see ya in 3 months. The doctor and I have formulated a plan going forward which is also nice and I'm more confident than ever before in my 30 years visiting dentists. I highly recommend Today's Dental in GP.

Dr Bhourji is great. I'm a bit of an anxious patient after having some bad experiences in the past. She has a very calming and kind personality. She was also excellent with my son who was a very difficult patient with his first cavity. She stayed calm and just got it done quickly. The front office staff and dental assistants are all very friendly and welcoming too. Thank you! Very glad we switched.
