Our acupuncture therapy is performed by our highly experienced Physiotherapists at our Goreway Drive location. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine sterile needles through the skin and tissues at specific points in your body to encourage the normal flow of energy.
Pelvic floor dysfunction can be caused by Weak pelvic floor muscles (HYPOTONICITY) or Tight pelvic floor muscles (HYPERTONICITY). Incontinence is NOT a normal part of aging. Pelvic floor (PF) muscles function to support pelvic floor organs, assist in urinary and fecal continence, aid in sexual performance (orgasm), stabilize connecting joints, and act as a venous and lymphatic pump for the pelvis.

I had a fabulous experience with physiotherapy treatment at Parkside Physiotherapy. First, the staff are friendly and professional. Next, they work as a team. I was treated by two different physiotherapists and they were both great. The assistant therapists were very good too. I highly recommend this clinic.

I found them last minute and they got me in to start the very next day! Very impressed with their professionalism and customer care; from front desk to the therapists. They not only hear your concerns but they listen and act on them to give you the best possible treatment. Prices are very reasonable as you get 5* service. I live about 2 hours away, but would come back any time! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic clinic! The staff here is amazing. Very personable, very professional and knowledgable. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful.
The therapist are very thorough and make sure you understand exactly how to do everything correctly, they take they're time and work with you one on one, I found this extremely helpful.

Everyone at this clinic was absolutely amazing! They helped me get stronger after my car accident, and I left everytime with a smile on my face! Everyone was super friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of physiotherapy and massage therapy! They treat you with the best client service, and even after my time with them came to an end, it was so bitter-sweet as we had grown so close! I can’t list specific recommended names of the therapists I worked with because every single one of them that work there are good at what they do. You will not be disappointed. Even the receptionist

I attended this clinic for the first time to do physio and was pleasantly surprised to feel the relief from my pain. The sessions are private and very comfortable. I feel rejuvenated at the end of each session. There were no uncomfortable moments and the staff are very polite and welcoming and extremely helpful.
