Had an appointment to talk about some commercial business insurance for a set time, went in and no one greeted us for several minutes. Then after being acknowledged and told we could take a seat the agent would be right with us, another several minutes went by, asked again what the holdup was...I’m not even exaggerating...we were there for over 15 minutes, close to 20...so we just left and went to LJ Walters.
No one has time for that kind of nonsense! I can only imagine how they would treat you once they have you as a customer!
