An adjustment is a highly skilled and precise movement usually applied by hand to a joint of the body. Adjustment loosens the joint to restore proper movement and optimize function. Massage is best known for reducing stress and muscle tension. Not only does it feel wonderful but it can assist in controlling hypertension, decreasing tension headaches, improving blood circulation, digestive problems and sleeping patterns.

Eight out of ten Canadians will experience back pain at some point in their lives, and at least one third of people in Ontario will have back pain at any given time. For many people, the pain can keep them away from work, school or even their day-to-day activities. If pain causes interruptions and restrictions in the activities of your daily life then you should consult a health care provider.
It depends on your goals. Typically, I would recommend a maintenance massage once every 4 weeks. It is important to keep in mind that the benefits of massages therapy are cumulative, if you wait too long in between your massages, you will be starting back at square one. Together we can plan a treatment schedule that will work for you.
Dr. Amy Henehan's interest in practicing medicine was first sparked as a teenager when she herself became a patient of a Naturopathic Doctor.
Her passion grew as she continued to witness firsthand the healing that Naturopathic Medicine offers, and she walked away from the experience not only having resolved her symptoms, but also with a new life goal - to become a Naturopathic Doctor in order to empower others with the knowledge necessary to gain control over their own long-term wellness.

5 Stars Dr Tim Mandzak is a amazing chiropractor who cares about his patients. He is very skilled and doesn't rush your appointment. He only books appointments as necessary unlike other chiropractors that I have seen. His receptionist is very personable too. They return calls promptly & really try to accommodate you in an emergency. You feel like a person not a number which is a rare find in the medical field these days.
