The police in Nova Scotia are well trained and have a difficult job to do. Generally, they handle difficult situations with professionalism. I would say terrible service, but I got zero service. I ask this "legal firm" for an explanation??? I was in contact with Gordon Allen more than once where he reassured me he was taking my case. I never heard from him again after several calls and e-mails on my part. The worst type of person to help when you are in a stressful situation :(
