Dr.Chris Cheung is the best chiropractor I met in my life. I was struggling with a back pain since last two years. I tried so many treatments with different professionals but no relief. I had only three sessions with Dr. Chris and I am doing perfectly fine. No pain at all. Dr. Chris is an asset for Castle Oak Rehab.Many many thanks to Dr.Chris.

Very unprofessional staff members and poor service. I told the receptionist on the phone that I have a specific type of insurance. When I went to the clinic she said they don’t accept this insurance. She said that I told her I don’t have any insurance and then she said she thought I had a different type even though I told her clearly on the phone. This was a big waste of time and I went home without getting any service.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I booked and confirmed an appointment with front desk but when I got there they told me I had no appointment. Won’t even accept that they spoke to me and confirmed an appointment. I had to walk out without getting any treatment. Absolute lack of professionalism at the clinic.

I am incredibly impressed with how excellent this team at CASTLE OAK REHAB CENTRE. They are excellent communicators and so very friendly. I felt so comfortable with them. I've had ankle injury and my condition is greatly improving.
A special thanks to receptionist MEGHA, she is excellent, so pleasant, friendly, and easy to interact with.

Very bad service and to me cleanliness and professionalism was a major concern with this group. Sheets in the massage the clinic as full of wrinkles and visibly stained. Therapist has no concept of changing them, you will be lucky if they give you a clean disposable clean sheet without giving you an evil eye.
Never going there. Don't want anything to do with these people
I wouldn't give them even one star if I had a choice.

Advise from a good friend landed me here.

This is place is terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My mom went for a massage 3 times to this place. She got a massage by a therapist named Mandeep. During the massage she used BABY OIL and GLOVES! Please tell me how can you massage someone wearing gloves??! And baby oil? I thought this was a professional place. You could get your family member to use baby oil and massage you. On my mom’s latest visit, the massage therapist’s PERSONAL cell phone rang and she spoke to her son for 5 minutes DURING my mom’s massage. Terrible, unprofessional place.

My experience was excellent. Service was really good and whole staff was very friendly.
Front desk was so supportive and helpful. Everybody greet me so nicely and smile. Physio Therapist is also so supportive and the person who are giving us therapy are so nice and friendly in nature. I will suggest and refer all my friends to go there
