We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering, vehicles & tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. We hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work.

We were fortunate to work with owners Leon & Kim Sabourin on this award winning and stunning home on the banks of the St- Lawrence River near Cornwall and Glen Walter, Ontario. Along with an adjacent guest house, this custom built home was designed to take advantage of the magnificent view as well as encompass their unique ideas & needs.
In 2007, we constructed the new studios for Corus Entertainment in Cornwall, Ontario. They made the move from their former location on Montreal Rd. to the former cotton mills along the St- Lawrence River, occupying over 7000 square ft. The new studios were designed to include a lot of the history from the old cotton mill.
After having carried out numerous projects over the years including renovations to their home and construction of the equipment storage facilities, we were pleased to work once again for the Kuipers family in Martintown, Ontario. This time it was an addition to the cattle barn and transition from a milking parlour system to a robotic milking system.
Andr Pommier and the Pommier family created a new beautiful and unique jewellery store by having us renovate the existing location following a fire next door that greatly affected the store. We brought back the grand old high ceilings with a rich staircase that leads to additional space on the second floor.
Will you consider a small renovation project, such as a deck or a fence, or do you concentrate solely on building houses? We are just as happy to tackle a small project, as we are a big one. Although the majority of jobs we take on are large in scope, such as a new home construction or commercial renovation project, we usually have time in our schedule to fit in small jobs, such as building a fence or laying down a hardwood floor.
