Horrible experience with Design Tech. Our coop asked for a quote last year to replace our sidewalk and repair the sidewalk vault. After weeks of calls, we finally got a quote. Now, after receiving DOT sign-off, the office manager (Lina) is saying they cannot schedule the work until "at least September"... 6 months from now. Not to mention, Lina has consistently been rude and off-putting. The owner, John, seems like a nice guy, but we've only spoken with him briefly. Would not recommend.
