I visited this clinic yesterday for the first time as new patient. The clinic is extremely clean and well organized. It leaves a very reassuring impression especially during these pandemic times. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. It was my regular cleaning time so I was seen by the hygienist first. She was very good, engaged in good conversation, was detailed in her work, and explained every step. Finally, I was seen by the dentist - it was a quick visit by her as I didn't have any major issue. Overall, I left very satisfied. Glad that we found this clinic. My entire family is going there

I called up the Dental Office as I had chipped my tooth. They booked for the following week but advised that if a cancellation does occur, they will call me immediately. Luck had it, they were able to accommodate me the following day. Let me tell you from the initial time I stepped into the office till the time I left, their main concern for my safety and the safety of all their patients. All items touched by me were always sanitized thereafter. From Pens, to Clipboard, honestly I was extremely impressed. Richmond Green Dental Care is a clean and welcoming office with Covid protocols in place. The staff are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. It's a friendly environment not only for adults but especially for kids. The staff takes the time to ensure the child feels comfortable and gives them a positive experience during the dental process. It felt like home for my son since the start of his dental care. Every visit has been a pleasure for my family! I highly recommend Richmond Green Dental Care.

My son was nervous about getting his cavity filled and Dr. Jennifer was so wonderful to walk him through the whole process and even showed him what the cavity filling looks like and how it will harden in his tooth. It made him feel much more comfortable and calm his anxiety. They are always very friendly and helpful at the office, all the dentists, hygienists and staff.

Thorough - I was surprised with the amount of x-rays they have taken. They also text, email, and call when appointments are approaching.
Gentle - The hygienists take their time to clean. They are very conscientious when cleaning around the gums or tender areas.
I hate getting cavities filled because of the freezing, but they have a great technique so when I got my shallow cavities done, I did not feel the needle going in.
Formative - They are willing to answer my questions about procedures and what I can do about keeping

I have never been to a dental office which makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff there is super friendly, kind and helpful. I've had the opportunity to meet all the dentists and they are professional and thorough. I want to give a shout out to Joyce Li, the hygienist. She makes me feel super comfortable while getting my teeth cleaned. She tells me exactly what she will be doing and asking me in between if I am ok or if I need to take a break. She is very professional and does an awesome job. I'm so happy to have found this dental office. Definitely recommend!!!

Dr Anna is the best. My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Anna at Richmond Green Dental Office for a few years. We love this place. It is very clean and everyone there are always friendly. This dental office is also very kid friendly. Every child walks out with a smile on their face. Needless to say my daughter is always excited for her dental cleaning. Dr Anna is very knowledgeable and has all the patience in this world to explain everything for you. I highly recommend this dental office and especially Dr Anna.

This place changed my life. I had my reservations visiting the dentist, but Richmond Green Dental makes you feel right at home. I briefly met Dr. Anna and the acclaimations are very much true. I do not enjoy the dentist thanks to terrible experiences at the orthodontist as a teenager. However, Richmond Green Dental Care makes it more than tolerable! Everyone is very friendly, professional and caring. They direct-bill to my insurance company, which is fantastic. They also have flexible operating hours, which makes it easy to book appointments. Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend.
