Well we have been using them for a couple years now as they are closest to our house but trying to get boat trailer insurance this week was a PAINFUL situation with trying to get a hold of someone (despite Covid19) took 2 days to connect with someone then it was paying through phone but trying to pick up the new sticker took 40 minutes to find out… where it was, getting a hold of someone though phone and being treated like we were not clients from both locations...from someone who is also trying new ways to deal with a retail business this definitely needs some work done

Once again the amazing ladies down at CapriCMW have gone above any beyond! My daughter went to insure her tiny home RV at a different insurance company. The unique nature of the vehicle and circumstances, and their lack of knowledge on how to proceed had my daughter in tears. I called Jody and she and Kim rooted out the issue, double checked what needed to be done, kept us informed during the entire process and solved the situation the same day. I really enjoy working with Capri for all of our insurance needs. We have home, business and car insurances with them, and we never feel like they are trying to upsell us or guilt us into adding more. They have always been very professional and respond to emails very quickly. Whenever I'm there in person, there is always someone ready to help out, even if there are several people already being served.

I would recommend Capri without hesitation. Kayla at the Powick Rd location in Kelowna called to remind my of my upcoming car insurance which I completely forgot about until it was about to expire. I called Kayla in desperation and she drove out to my house with paperwork in hand! Service like this is why Capri has been around for decades and will continue to be so. Many thanks!

We use Capri Insurance for our Business and private insurance needs. Dealing with either Jody or Crissy is a pleasure. i feel that my needs are covered and I was not over sold extra coverage I did not need. I enjoy that they can do insurance coverage on items outside of Kelowna BC and this helps us cover our valuables outside of Kelowna.
