These lawyers work with unscrupulous lenders and attempted to steal $4000 until 1 years later i realized that they never applied to my mortgage which is a federal banking violations FCAC and the lawyers tried to cover up for the lender. And now I have been forced to commence FCAC complaints against the lender and LSUC complaints against Harpreet Hans and Grundig also representing the lender and myself for the benefits of the lender and falsify documents to do a 3rd mortgage instead of 2nd combined and i was told to save money so i trusted them and when I closed they robbed me for $9000 in closing

Harpreet and her team are very professional and efficient. If the mortgage is under $50,000 the client can save legal fees by using 1 lawyer, which if the client is comfortable doing, can save them a lot of money. Harpreet is one of the lawyers I recommend to my clients when they do not have a lawyer for their mortgage. Her team is easy to work with when we are closing easy to challenging files. A 5 star office.

I have used Gunding & Hans for 4 different transactions involving real estate now. Harpreet is the solicitor in charge of my affairs and she is very articulate, engaging and concise. I never felt lost, out of control nor panicked when working with her, even when we did hit a snag during one of our transactions. She dealt with it at her own time and cost, even though it was through no fault of herself nor her firm. Very impressed with the initiative and deliberation to meet delivery.
