We moved out of an apartment through the SRES on the 1st of June. The day of leaving the review is the 11th of June and we STILL HAVENT RECIEVED OUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT! The law states that damage deposits are to be returned within 7 business days and here we are 9 business days later and we still have no deposit back. All we get when inquiring about it is runaround and "we will look into it". These guys are unprofessional crooks.

Good luck to anyone trying to get their damage deposit back from this place. It has been 8 business days since I moved out and I still haven't gotten it back. They have told us nothing but lies and we are having to fight tooth and nail to get what is tightfully ours. Don't rent from this place unless you are okay with paying people who break the law.

Saskatoon Real Estate Services was great to work with and very responsive. We needed a temporary rental and they were extremely flexible on the timing and move-in dates. It was a smooth experience and the office was great to work with! The Kensington Flats were very clean with great neighbours and nearby amenities. Whenever we had issues the office dealt with them ASAP.

I have been living in a one bedroom apartment with Saskatoon real estate services for almost two years and I only have good things to say. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, and very spacious. The tenants are always quiet and respectful. It honestly feels like I'm living in my own home because I have never had a complaint since I moved here. The management team has always been professional and respond promptly in any interaction I have with them. Just resigned my agreement for another year! Right from the beginning, Tammy was quick to respond and very accommodating. It took less than a week to move in after viewing the property.
I experienced issues with my heater on New Years day and was immediately brought many heaters in case it crashed before it could get looked at. They give ample notice if entry to the unit is required. The grounds are well kept and snow removal is done promptly.

We rented a property on Marlatte. Place was beautiful and very reasonably priced. We had bad downstairs neighbors that would complain about normal walking. When expressed to Tammy about issues with the neighbors, her response was quick and resolved it immediately. As far as professionalism; SRES was more than adequate to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice townhouse style rental.

I lived in a newer condo building initially from innovative residential and sometime in the beginning of my lease SRES took over. Tammy was who I had dealt with over my four years in this condo & she was always very responsive and great to deal with. Any time I had a concern it was dealt with promptly. I never had any maintenance issues while I rented but they accommodated little things including changing my lightbulbs for me (9ft ceilings and no ladder). They were quick to address any issues the building had, including security cameras, lock changes etc.

This is my first time in renting a place for my own. I must say I didn't regret going with SRES units. Tammy was very responsive from inquiry up to showing off the unit. The place was perfect and just plain 'simple & quiet' which I prefer. Already had my chance to experience the quick maintenance response when I had problems with my heater for hot water and it was done within the week.

Very professional and responsively run management and maintenance of our rental unit! I have lived in one of their suites for about 6 months. They respond immediately to my needs for maintenance and take the time to explain how things work. Scheduled maintenance of important things like furnaces and alarms. The suite was serviced well, and is very functional with loads of storage. Highly recommend using SRES for rental and real estate services!

I have been renting a one bedroom apartment on the college drive location for the past 3 years. It is the perfect location for a U of S student as the university is across the street. It is also a 2-5 minute walk to the following: a bank, an eye doctor, the campus dentist, a hospital, a Subway, and the U of S bus terminal. In terms of space, it is not as big as the average one bedroom apartment, but it is totally spacious if you are selective with your furniture and know how to organize. I have no complaints here.
