Unprofessional and needlessly confrontational. Willing to go to court over the most petty things. Even something as simple as the former owner forgot to leave the mailbox keys, they make a federal case out of. It was supposed to be as simple as, "I'll get them to drop off the mailbox keys for you." Turns into "contact Canada post, and if you want to go to court over this we will." Of course going to court over something so simple is crazy to any reasonable person. Very poor representatoon of a "professional", not worth the hassle at all.

We've recently worked with Jordan and Spencer to sell our longtime home, and purchase a new one.
