We have the experience and tools needed to successfully plan and complete any project. Working with you in defining your project, refining your requirements, and guiding your vision. We assist our clients in every step to establish and implement their project budget and schedule through to completion.
Retaining a general contractor for construction management is a good option when a client wants to be heavily involved in the construction process. Under this management approach, both the client and contractor work with the design team to ensure accurate costing is provided, along with trade feedback, during the overall design process.
Our buildings have been recognized throughout the industry and many projects throughout Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, the Interior, and Vancouver Island. We were on a tight schedule to build and occupy this building and selection RAM as our general contractor was the right decision. I have only had good experiences with all the RAM employees.

Such a shame unprofessional as heck. The dudes that took over for the Construction Managment are really terrible. Accountant wouldnt be able to find a job anywhere else. Unfriendly gals. Seen the manager construction belittle a site super. in front of everyone. Dude. Your not all that and a bag of chips man. And have you heard of COVID? Learn to follow rules man. Give this place thumbs down.

Ram has got terrible over the last sevearl years. The management team is very unprofessional. Sad to see such a wonderful co. that Steve built has been destroyed. No loyalty to their trades. The worst part is trying to be paid by them. Excuses, lieing and just plain ignorant. Ram lost many good site supers, project managers and office staff because of the current management team. Sad to see so many good team players leave and the bad ones stay.
