Klaus founded Nesseler Construction Ltd. in 1989. Nesseler Construction Ltd. is a Delta Registered Builder in the Corporation of Delta's Registered Builder Program.

Klaus Nesseler the owner is my landlord. For three years he's not installed smoke detectors and has become very hostile and doesn't follow any of the rules or laws that a landlord must follow. He comes to the house and rings the doorbell whenever he feels like it, has given me illegal eviction notices, and has threatened me. The previous tenants had a similar story and moved out early. He is not an example of a good member of the community and harassed me daily when I was sick with COVID 19. He has interfered with my business matters and private life. The worst landlord I've ever had, like a horror
