All or most staff do not wear masks and no dividers are set up. If you are open to public walk-in you are not above the law. Taking my business elsewhere until they know what serving the public means which includes following health protocols unless you are a closed office to just your own staff which you are not as you are open to public walk-in.

Tom is freaking awesome! I've been working with him for the last 3 years for car and condo insurance, I trust his advice, he makes sure to get me the coverage needed to avoid disaster later (e.g. condo deductible) and during the pandemic he just makes it happen... virtually :)
