Our property manager hired this company to do some work on the back door of our house. The work order was to remove a doorframe, replace the rotten wood underneath, replace the doorframe, apply protective outdoor caulking, tile a small area by the doorframe, and paint the damaged wall and trim.
Instead, they removed the doorframe, looked at the rotten wood and then put the doorframe right back over the rotten wood! They also cut the door trim without measuring it first, so that it sits with half an inch empty space over the floor. They then applied decorative caulking outdoors (seriously??), and
