I was born and raised on the family farm near Lafleche, Saskatchewan. Dad was a farmer and community leader, mom was a teacher and farm wife extraordinaire. Five siblings. Graduated from Lafleche Central High School in 1972, Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina in 1976 and Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979.

Started out in 1982 with a general small-town law practice in Stettler, Alberta doing a bit of everything: real estate, corporate, matrimonial, wills and estates, surface rights, personal injury, as well as criminal law. Moved to Red Deer in the early 1990s and have been doing more and more criminal defence work ever since.

Shopping for a lawyer can sometimes be a little challenging to say the least. I hired Mr. Sproule and was more than impressed with his professionalism. Although my case was complicated, the proper steps were taken and I never even had to step foot in the courtroom. Charges dropped. Unfortunately the courts are so backed up this took over a year to deal with. Kevin kept me sane and I felt more than comfortable having him represent me. I would recommend Mr Sproule for any legal matters.
