Services
Diana Metlege is a Nova Scotia Real Estate Lawyer located in Halifax Nova Scotia. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Mathematics in 1999. Diana graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2002. After taking a few months off following the birth of her second child, Diana commenced her articling.
Diana Metlege's experience in Real Estate Law extends from representing residential buyers and sellers, to commercial developers, landlords and lenders, both Public and Private. Our experience includes all types of Real Estate transactions relating to purchases, sales and financing arrangements for Residential, Commercial and Industrial property.
Estate planning is often neglected. Unfortunately, not having an up to date Will, Power of Attorney, or other Estate Documents could result in serious financial and emotional consequences for you and your loved ones. Our office will provide you with a Wills Questionnaire to complete.

Early in her career, Diana Metlege's practice consisted of a large amount of family matters. These initial eight years of practice provided her with a great deal of experience and exposure to all aspects of family law. Some of her matters, required travel outside of the Halifax Regional Municipality and as far as Amherst Provincial Court.
