We began working with Claude on a typical seniors' downsizing project. He soon must have thought he had been saddled with the clients from hell, because we kept shifting the goalposts. Apartments in Lowertown, then condos in Lindenlea or Rockcliffe, then on to more condos on the Rideau canal, then back to a townhouse in Lindenlea, then all the way out to semi-detached houses in Kanata.

Claude does not respect the livelihoods of the tenants of the places that he is trying to sell. Claude seems to be aware of the legal bare minimum that he must give tenants 24 hours notice that he will show up at a given time, but he steadfastly refuses to ask if x time would be acceptable.
As a tenant, It is clear that Claude's lack of professionalism towards myself and my family means that Claude does not respect people unless they are in a direct position to give him money.
As a buyer or a seller, if you would like a realtor who is willing to do more than the legal bare minimum to accomodate

My husband and I first met Claude and Molly in the fall of 2019. An online search, one of many, for “bungalow townhouse” and variations on that theme had finally turned up a possibility. We met Claude and Molly at the door of a lovely hi-rise condo on the Ottawa River. It was so close to what we were looking for that we must have bored them silly asking questions and checking out the parking garage, the exercise room, the pool, and every other detail we could think of. We called them back the next day and gave our verdict—no dice.

We used Claude to sell our previous house and to purchase a new one. The entire time, Claude was professional, answered our questions as quickly as possible, was open to all our requests, and was cheerful and friendly throughout! He worked with us to ensure he knew what we wanted and helped us to negotiate a great price.
