We booked Melissa for back to back massages for myself and husband, we moved important appointments to accommodate this messages, she texts the same day to cancel due to a sore throat, completely understandable, except that she canceled and didn’t try to reschedule or provide any other options, we never heard from her again after that.
We believe that a service practitioner that do NOT care about their customers do not deserve our business, so we found one who does, and she just took $500 + tip
