Services
Please Note: OHIP does not cover massage therapy, but most extended health care plans reimburse you for massage therapy. Hands in Demand does not offer direct billing. Hands in Demand offers a $5 discount for any massage treatment that is 30 minutes or more for those 65 years or older. Your Registered Massage Therapist will provide you with a signed receipt at the end of each treatment session.
Hands in Demand is pleased to offer bath and body products as well as Hot and Cold Therapy options for pain and stress relief right in our Whitby clinic. The Posture Medic can help you improve your posture and strengthen your back and core muscles. By doing the stretches and exercises that are included, you can improve your posture, reduce pain and improve your overall health with the Posture Medic.

I have been to several massage therapists at other clinics and Liang is by far the best massage therapist I have had. I typically request female massage therapists but booked with Liang last minute and I am so happy I did - he is friendly, professional, and applies the perfect pressure/technique. I've been here twice now, and both visits were exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, nice ambiance, and convenient location.

Super easy to book appointments online. Easy to find parking out front. They have been diligent with their covid safety precautions and I feel very safe having a massage here. I have seen three different massage therapist and have all been excellent, providing relief for my pain, very professional and healing.

I saw Lisa Tucker for Prenatal massage. Amazing service from the start. Cathy at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. Lisa was very patient and went through all my concerns. She has amazing bedside manners and a strong instinct. She could sense my problem areas with just one touch. I was limping with sciatic pain when I walked in and walked out very comfortable. I definitely recommend Hands in Demand.

I had pre paid for my appointment (I know not to do that again!) and had a horrific family issue that happened where I couldn't attend or notify anyone! I called them a month later and told them of the ordeal and that I really was in no position to contact them back..'I was told that in no way will they give me my money back and that they are trying to run a business!' This owner has no compassion. If I hadn't paid and missed that appointment there would be no issues.. Never pre pay to this company!

Friendly staff and amazing therapists! The styles of massage therapy are very varied and there is a therapist for everyone!
Located in a small plaza, free parking, it's a small location with around 5-6 massage rooms. They also have a steam bath if you are so inclined to have a steam bath prior or after your therapy.
We have been going for years and have tried other therapy places, we keep coming back to Hands In Demand.
Don't forget to check your work insurance to see if you have coverage!
