Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic is located at 101B 45793 Luckakuck way in Chilliwack BC. We are located near Superstore, Tim Hortons and Best buy, in the heart of the Chilliwack/ Sardis shopping district of Cottonwood Mall area. Note: Until further notice, we will be closed Monday to Saturday between 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

We brought our dog here for an emergency visit they were able to sneak us in for. We weren't from the area. I was worried about our dog and showed up early. They allowed me to leave her in their care until the appointment. I waited outside and came back in at the time of the appointment.
They had already had a look over her, determined the issue, and offered 2 solutions.
After all of this i received an invoice significantly cheaper than I was expecting. In addition to an extremely reasonable charge I was greeted by friendly staff and a wonderful vet.
Our dog has made a full recovery. I cannot

We booked in with cottonwood because our regular vet wasn’t available for months, this was the best thing to ever happen. We’ve never had such amazing care from the whole team. Our dog got a full head to toe check up for their annual wellness exam, our old vet was just shots and weight and that it. They were so polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend cottonwood to anyone looking to switch or needing a vet.

Don't bother making any appointments here. They can't figure out their system. Last 2 times I made an appointment the first one they didn't even schedule and the second one they canceled on me, luckily I called in to confirm my appointment because I hadn't heard from them to confirm it. Took my puppy in for antibiotics and they tell me he's fine to get his vaccines a few days later and then when I take him in they said I didn't have an appointment and said he couldn't be given all his vaccines because he was on antibiotics. So now they will charge another $75 visit fee just for the last shot. This

I have been going to Cottonwood veterinary since it opened. Dr Marhuis was the only one I trusted. He went over the call of duty!!! He is the only one that has seen my babies and now they are both 13. I made an appointment today for my senior baby girl and was told I was not able to go in with her😔 First thing- I don’t know this vet - second my… girl is 13 and has only ever seen Dr Marhuis - and third she doesn’t like going to there to begin with.... I would have appreciated the new Dr to call me to maybe introduce herself and ease me but instead the girl at the front

Sadly we had to put our dog down. he had been in our Family for 15 years. We found the staff at Cottonwood to be kind and compassionate all along the way. We even received a beautiful card in the mail a week later as well as flowers a couple of days after our dog died. We would highly recommend this vet.

After dealing with cottonwood vet for years, I am starting to get the impression they just want our money. Long storey short. We are getting a puppy that is located 10-12 hour drive from us, we were notified that our puppy had a bit of an overbite and wanted to get the opinion of “our vet”. We sent in a photo (best we could do at the time) asking if they could tell us if it’s reason to be concerned. They responded by saying he would need to come in, or a phone consult witch she added I would be charged for. So they need to see the dog unless I pay, suddenly then I can get an answer over the

Moved to Chilliwack a few years ago, had a terrible experience at Sardis Vet so I transferred over to Cottonwood. At first I was really happy with the staff and how clean it was there, but as years have passed it seems to have gone downhill.
Really poor communication between the front and back staff. I've had angry phone calls from reception asking where I am to pick up my pet when I wasn't even informed they were ready for pickup, I've asked for different food and medication on my order from one staff member and then when I go to pick up a different staff member is confused and has no idea what

Dr Maarhuis just retired from here and we will be sad to see him go , he was such a caring vet.
Unfortunately, I found this out when I called because one of my dogs cut his foot and I phoned to see if I could get my dog in and they said they were fully booked and could maybe see him in 2 weeks or and I quote” I could call another vet “ wow really
… I had to ask to be put on a cancellation list , the girl didn’t even suggest that or offer any other options for me but to go elsewhere

I have only ever had good experiences.
They take amazing care of all my girls.
My cat recently had an accident and needed to be rushed to the vet and they took her in and they fixed her injuries and because of them she is doing very well now. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies.

Our family can highly recommend Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic.The whole team of this clinic are very kind, empathic and high professional people.We started to use their services 8 years ago when our (that time) 9 years old dog Bella followed us to Canada from Europe.Bella always got the best care.However, 2 weeks ago we had to make our the most… difficult decision in our live put our 16 years old Bella down of cancer.We are so grateful to doctor that we could stay with Bella until her last breath.Thank you to all emploees for your care of our dog.
