Dr. Garnett graduated at the top of her class from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2000. In 2004, she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Faculty of Dentistry at Dalhousie University. She went on to receive a specialized certificate in Medical Acupuncture, CPMA, from the University of Alberta.
