Giving this place a 1 star based off their horrendous customer experience and incredibly incompetent front end staff.
I called initially to ask about a new Massage Therapist(MT) as Nicole had left. They did not know what MT’s were working or what kind of Experience any of them had. They offered to ask around and give me a call back, which they never did. I called again and this time left a voicemail to book in, again never received a call back.
I called in a third time, asked to book in with anyone that does sports massage and the receptionist had nothing to say except “she’s good”. She

I have been visiting Caring Hands for past couple of years and it has helped my health tremendously. My doctor recommended I go to Caring Hands for physio to help with long term issues, I have been experiencing. Mitul is great and able to balance and change up areas we are working on. He is fun to deal with, especially when managing pain and all the stuff that goes with it. I also started seeing Roxane, resident massage therapist. She is fabulous on so many levels. Her care for her patients is incredible. She does pressure checks regularly too make sure you aren’t too uncomfortable with the process. Sometimes we chat like old friends... other times, it is just peace.. definitely depends on what
