Randy Kaye, CPA, CA, who began his accounting career with large-firm training, joined PVKS in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. Randy has extensive professional expertise in providing taxation, accounting and auditing services to individuals and private corporations. Randy also served the local business community as Treasurer to the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce for several years.

Our firm was founded in 1975 when Walter Pawluk decided that the large firm environment, while providing expertise, did not provide the affordable personal service that a smaller firm can offer. He left his position at one of the big firms to form his own. He was quickly joined by two other partners from his previous firm.

We provide a large variety of services to our clients ranging from accounting and taxation advice for corporations to assurance on corporate consolidated audits.

Our corporate client base includes, but is not limited to, organizations in the following industries: construction, bridge building, energy provision, electrical motor sales and service, design and engineering, manufacturing, retail, helicopter service, aero-firefighting, mortgage brokering, auto sales and service, and consulting and professional service industries, plus not-for-profit organizations.

We provide consultation and preparation of individual tax returns along with estate and trust advice and tax return preparation.
