Dr. Chow attended UBC Dental School after completing a bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Victoria. Dr. Chow was born and raised in Victoria and has lived on the North Shore since 1990. Dr. Chow loves the technical challenges of dentistry and is excited to apply new technologies to help improve the oral health of his patients.

Please remember, we are only able to assist you with your dental insurance as FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act) limits the amount of information that our office is able to access. You are ultimately responsible for knowing your plan's limits and coverage.
Developed by Sirona, CEREC utilizes 3D photography and CAD/CAM technology to assist a dentist in designing a virtual restoration (onlay, inlay, crown, or bridge) without taking impressions and, when combined with a milling unit, is able to build the actual restoration while you are still in the chair.

This is a clinic for you!
Terrible customer service, dental hygienists and to top all that Dr. Chow very mediocre Arrogant doctor, as a tooth filling should be easy procedure he manage to break my teeth (dec19) not admit wrong (dec 20 -when I return to him saying something feel wrong) allowing me to suffer throughout the holidays and I had to fight for reimbursement of my money.

This clinic has shown to me a lack of professionalism in dealing with what seemed to me a valid complaint. Rather than answering my questions about a missed appointment charge the clinic categorically dismissed me with a response saying that they're no longer handling my family's dental care needs and promptly cancelled my wife's appointment. And their beef is with me! How did my wife who's not even in town get involved here? I've never encountered such obnoxious and arrogant behavior from a clinic that I had thought highly of.

Dr. Chow has been my dentist for many years and I'm most happy about the recent on-lay that I got in one appointment with some fancy machine he has. It looks great and I didn't have to come back for multiple appointments because he could make it right in the office. He has relatively new offices and they are attractive and bright. He and his dental assistants are great with kids. His hygienists are good too, and Nicola is my favourite.
