Shari Elliott has two decades of experience as an Environmental Lawyer. Shari's experience as a member of the Environmental Group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt included both litigation and corporate commercial aspects of environmental law. Since relocating to Barrie with her family Shari has continued to assist private, commercial and municipal clients with environmental matters.
Expropriation Law involves the compulsory taking of property by an Expropriating Authority. Expropriation is a right granted through federal or provincial statutes to Expropriating Authorities such as governments, universities and public utilities. Expropriation is used when privately owned lands are needed for public projects such as the building or widening of roads, highways, pipelines or expanding or locating new schools.

I just used Elliot & Elliot on the purchase of my new house. They came highly recommended from family members in real estate. My experience with them was seamless and definitely 5-star!
With everything being done remotely due to covid, I was able to use their services despite being outside the Barrie area (Ajax). Sarah answered all of my emails right away no matter what time of day. Their price was affordable and they took care of everything for me.

I have purchased a sold a few properties, but no one makes it easier than Shari and Sarah! I will never use anyone else. I live in Toronto and was recommended to them when I needed a status certificate reviewed quickly for a purchase in Barrie.
