Allan Goldstein is the founder of GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group. Allan graduated in 1989 with a business degree from McGill University before obtaining his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993. Allan spent the first few years of practice with a downtown Toronto law firm where he gained valuable experience in civil litigation and family law.
Colin Tobias was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1992. Prior to entering law school, he worked for the Ontario Attorney General's Ministry in various courts for a number of years. Colin focuses his practice on child protection cases against the various Children's Aid Societies but he also enjoys the challenge of extremely difficult custody and access cases.
