Wyllie Real Estate has been a leader in Industrial, Commercial and Investment (ICI) Real Estate in the Niagara Peninsula for over 60 years. The company was started in 1957 by Gord Wyllie Sr., who was joined by his son Gord Wyllie Jr. in 1978. Gord is the only Niagara member of SIOR (the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).

Check all my reviews, almost all are 5 stars. Although, Gordon was very unprofessional. Doesn’t answer calls or texts often. Late to showings. Also lead me on for a week just to tell me I can no longer use the unit for my intended purpose. Hasn’t responded to me since. Would not recommend him to anyone.
