Without doubt this has been the worst company I have dealt with. Worse than telelcom companies or call centers. The square footage of a house should not be up for debate. Hallways and other square footage should not be subtracted; they are a part of my house; a part I paid for and account for the value of the house. There are official documents of the square footage of a house. So when you come and do an appraisal and monkey around what is and what isn't part of a house you are not doing your job properly. If incompetent is a strong word then you let me know what should I write when someone who visit the house with 30 years of appraisal experience, as mentioned by you, and reduce area by around 400sqft and compare with 1300sqft units. My house is Ridley II model 1721sqft and comparable used are Brair model 1300sqft. I do not want anyone to measure as sizes and floorplans for these models are available on web. Browse it and then you will understand from where I am coming. This is not 2% smaller, this is over 25% smaller.

I would not recommend using them. Used for two appraisals and both appraisals came in extremely low. Comparable sales used were not from the same town let alone the same neighbourhood. In addition, they charged one of my customers an additional $300 on top of the original charge. I have the emails from NAS showing the additional charges. I will post them to this review.
