I would just like to say that we have dealt with Verge and they are fantastic to deal with. My recent experience was outstanding! I normally have Gia who is great to deal with and when I had originally called in my claim had her. She was very thorough and kind. I got a call from our insurance company and was having a very difficult time getting a hold of the adjuster. I called Verge very frustrated but Gia wasn’t in the office so I spoke to Nicole Gaboury. I explained my experience and how frustrated I was. She was so empathetic and kind and I have to say when she says she will take care of itâ€

I’d like to give Gia Narang 5/5 for her incredible service today. She provided me with multiple options for coverage as I plan to leave aboard for 12 months and I will not being using my vehicle. She was very thorough and knowledge about the benefits/drawbacks of policy cancelation vs reduced coverage. Within 5 minutes of our call I had documents to sign and my coverage was updated. I look forward to working with Gia in the future.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Roxanne extension 506 needs a new job. My 88 year old father was on the phone with her today and she actually hung the phone up on him. She said he was being rude. I was on speakerphone and heard the entire conversation. Removed over $300.00 from his bank account with no explanation. (Said he has to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund) Misquoted him by $600.00!!
When his son in law attempted to ask for an explanation, he was hung up on.
Better business bureau will be next. Been a loyal customer for almost a decade. Floored

We would love to take this opportunity to write some of our thoughts about The Verge Insurance Group and in particular about Mrs. Charlene Proctor, which I dare say that without Mrs. Proctor this company would not be what it is if it wasn't for the finest qualities and attributes which she pocesses. Mrs. Proctor has always provided us with impeccable service, she listens to our needs and facilitates them in a timely and professional manner.

This is the WORST experience I’ve had in my life with any company ever. Scott Henwood in particular. Do NOT do any business with them if you value the truth and customer service.
When I started out with them, it was great. Fast responses, trying to find deals, all the things I would Expect from a reputable insurance broker. But once the papers are signed, they have your direct deposit info, it’s like you don’t exist. They stop caring about your question and stop Responding to you at all for that matter. Took 2 nearly weeks to receive an email back from Scott, the email was a 4 word reply
