It seems as if the company has lost it's value on proper customer service. I have been a long time client but until recently when referring family to the company, everything went south. They don't get back to you in a timely manner, they charge you insane amounts for your taxes that make no sense, they don't get back to you when you have a question but when you need to pay them for their services it has to be done asap. The receptionist claims she's passed along your email or voicemail but then you don't get a call or email back. I am not impressed with this company at all anymore and would highly
