Excellent experience from start to finish. I originally went for a second opinion on a bridge repair. They offered me multiple options and clearly explained the cost and process of each. This review is about my wife, Luz and her experience. She started using this father and son Dentistry and was very impressed with both dentists. Their work and compassion is outstanding. Then came the hygienist. I won't name her but her demeanor was enough to make my wife cry and never want to go back. It started with her saying Luz's (pronounced Loose) name was to difficult to say so she would call her Mrs. ..... She was very rough with her cleaning and jabbed Luz's lip with the pick. Her questions about about my wife's teeth care were abrupt and cold. The pain caused by this cleaning lasted three

I want to start by saying I'm terrified of the dentist. I had the same dentist since I was a kid and after he retired the thought of finding a new dentist I would love, terrified me. I have really bad anxiety around going because I can't handle dental pain in the slightest and I don't enjoy the experience as a whole. The only reason I considered coming here was because they do sleep dentistry, which is what I thought it had come to, as I needed a root canal. Unfortunately though I don't have any coverage so they wanted me to at least try it without being asleep to try and save me some money. To

A wonderful experience every time I visit. I had some extensive dental work to get done when I started visiting Fraccaro dental. The team has been incredibly compassionate and worked out a treatment plan with me that worked within my budget, and then within my insurance coverage. Dr. Chris is also a wizard who obviously went to Hogwarts because he always provides a pain free experience. I’m not even exaggerating, the day after any procure my only pain is a bruise like feeling at the injection site of the freezing. I’m dumbfounded every time because I expect the next day to be a lot worse.

Less stress and anxiety then I usually associate with my dental visits. Very comfortable setting and awesome staff. Dr. Fraccaro makes you feel relaxed and checks on you during his work and your visit. Keeps you informed as to what he is doing and what is happening next. Very professional, flexible and gentle. High tech equipment and modern techniques eases your procedures as much as possible. They follow Covid protocol to maximize patient and staff safety. I give them my highest recommendation.

The staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. The hygienist who did my cleaning took a personal interest in me, asking about my life and making me feel comfortable. She was very gentle with the cleaning and tried her to best to cause absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Fraccaro was pleasant and kind, advising me on the best course for my dental issue. The office in Stoney creek is clean and beautiful- it almost feels like a hotel when you enter. I’d recommend this dentist to anyone!

Office is beautiful and very clean. All the ladies at the front are so warm and friendly. Never make you feel rushed and they are always smiling and happy to see you. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. The crew at the back are awesome. Wether I’m getting teeth cleaned or a filling fixed they let you know what’s happening step by step. My 3 kids love going and are never afraid. No matter who we have taking care of our teeth we feel very safe. So glad we moved to this office ❤️
