Rymal Square Family Dental was for me a very good experience. From the time I arrived I noticed everything was taken care of professionally. The office was very clean and covid efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful in calming any fears that I may have been going through. The dentist took time to explain what I needed and why so I understood what was going on. The procedure I went through was done extremely well and quickly and I was on my way home a very happy patient.

Had a great experience at this dental office. Efficient process with all Covid screening measures in place. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the hygienist. I get particularly anxious at the dentist, so they were so patient with me and made sure to explain everything in detail. My hygienist Chelzy was amazing. So light and gentle compared to all other hygienists I’ve seen. Will definitely come back here. Thanks for a great experience!

I love Rymal square Dentists!! Dr. Saleh listens to what you want/need, he’s gentle & respectful. The staff is so caring & accommodating. How nice is it to get a phone call the day after a procedure just to see how you’re feeling?? Can’t imagine going anywhere else!!!

Dr. Saleh has been our family dentist for the past 8 years, first in Burlington then in Hamilton. I have yet to come across a better service anywhere. They make the whole experience very comfortable.

Love this place. The staff listen to our concerns, especially surrounding my disabled adult son, for whom I hold guardianship. They go over the procedures with him after going over what will be happening with me privately. They have also accommodated his mask wearing issues.
Other accommodations are still being worked on. The hallway to the dental rooms are not wide enough, the rooms are not accessible, and getting him in and out of the dental chair is a nightmare.
Overall, the practice is wonderful, as is the staff.

I needed 2 molar extractions and was feeling very anxious. Dr. Saleh and his assistant put me at ease and were very in tune with how I was feeling. I experienced very little bleeding and was pain free the next day. The reception staff was also accommodating and very friendly.
