I am really surprised to see any negative responses. We have been using this location for well over a year and they could not be more helpful. I felt compelled to write them a good review as I have just grilled Brittany for information and she gave me everything I needed and was patient. I am not originally from Canada so the registration, insurance system and licencing is pretty different and Brittany has helped me with it in great detail! We used a different location prior to this one and once or twice since and I would not go back as they have no time for us and are rude so I will now only use

Went in to get Tenant insurance. I was misled and lied to about pricing and other things. When i went back to cancel it, the Manager was there (i was told that there is no manager for at least a week), she was cold and rude in her behavior/gesture as if i am not paying for the services i am getting. One of my friends had a bad experience previously but its close to my place, so i decided to give it a go. Never going back and also i will make sure none of my friends and family go there.

It is insane that Affinity allowed someone to open an account under my name without my permission or checking for identification. I received mail demanding payment for $270 for coverage I never asked for (I already have coverage elsewhere). No signature required, no ID verification, nothing, they just put my name as the account holder because they… were told to.
I went in to take my name off of the account and they didn't seem to think there was an issue with identity theft. I am NOT okay with paying for someone else's coverage, especially when I didn't give permission to be on the account

Went in because my previous home insurance kept climbing up every year by a significant amount, Nicole was able to clearly explain why my previous insurer was raising my price. She listened to what I needed and created a policy that was customized to my needs. In the process they were able to save me over $1000 a year, and now I clearly know what my policy consists of. Very polite and courteous as well.

I went there to do my learner driving license yesterday evening and I was faced with 2 arrogant rude young ladies.
