Your initial visit and examination will take 45-60 minutes. You will be asked to complete a Personal Health History Questionnaire before joining with us to discuss your health goals. A thorough chiropractic examination will follow to help identify the cause of your concerns.
The examination will include but is not limited to: an Orthopedic, Neurological, Postural, and Spinal Examination along with a Thermography, Surface EMG, and a Gait Scan Analysis.If further concerns are revealed the doctors may recommend advanced spinal imaging be taken. At the completion of your examination you will be scheduled for your Doctors Report and Review of Findings.

I hadn't been to a chiropractor in more than 20 years and Dr. Cook took the time to explain how treatments have change and what he could do for me. Having someone take the time to go over my care plan and show me everything upfront was a great help in deciding how to go forward with my care. You can tell Dr. Cook cares about what he does which is an amazing quality to find these days. Give them a call and see what they can do to improve your life.

I just started going to Dr. Cook after a few attempts elsewhere. I have a bit of a unique situation and he has taken time to develop a plan that will work for me. I had a great vibe from the second I walked in the door and knew they'd be different. Looking forward to continuing my plan. Would and will be recommending to friends!

Dr. Sheldon Cook is a brilliant chiropractor with a 'f-ANNE-tastic' receptionist :). His ingenious treatment to rectifying the results of a unforgiving motorcycle accident has significantly improved my pain & posture in a short period of time. The relief of constant pain from numerous broken bones, neck strain, and nerve damage has left me appreciative of this insightful & generous doctor. The noticeable difference was recognized by my better-half as she used to be a smidge taller but now I am. Dr. Cook truly is the best at what he does which can easily be seen by anyone as there is a constant

Dr. Cook is an excellent chiropractor, he took the time to explain the course of treatment I needed and he is very reasonable with his costs over the treatment period. But most of all if I can't get there on time or need an extra visit, there's never a problem to make room to get me in and he dosent fuss about the missed appointment.

Sheldon is amazing! He has adjusted 4 generations of my family, and I entrusted him to adjust my grandson when he was only 15 days old. My grandson is now 13 and still gets adjusted by Sheldon, and will continue to do so as well as my son and myself. He is a very caring family man.

Seen Paul Givens over a period of almost a year. I would strongly encourage anyone considering enrolling in their “subscription plan” to get a second opinion. Thousands of dollars later I found another chiropractor and am so much better for it. Even my physio and massage therapist were a little shocked by the care I received here. Please, get a second opinion from somewhere that does not do subscription chiro.

Terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for an assessment plus two adjustments. First appointment, which was an assessment, was ok. They asked various questions and did x-rays. However, in order to get your results, you are FORCED to do a group meeting first. This is a 2 HOUR appointment. It is a pure scam. You cannot get any results without being put in a room with strangers and be told about "what your results will mean." I should not have to do this in a public session. I have NEVER experienced this with a Chiropractor. Normally you have your first assessment, get a plan, and start adjustments

I have a complex medical history and coupled with a car accident I was miraculously helped by Dr Sheldon Cook.
One thing I noticed when I went there is how good all his patient's posture is. He even fixed quasimoto me and helped me so much with pain relief.
Sadly, I am no longer living in the area and try as I might, to find relief again - Southern Ontario is coming up really short. I wish so much I could clone this Dr and have one of him here near my new home... because after three months and a few other stabs at chiropractors, I am again feeling like the poor hunchback.
