I recently moved to Hillcrest Dental and the team has been wonderful so far - appointments start on time, everyone is very friendly, and when you're put on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment, they actually call! The location is also very easy to access, right at the mall doors with ample parking.

My husband and step daughter see the dentists here. They love the dental staff but the admin staff are not as competent. We have been together for 8 years and they have been unable to sort out insurance billing in that time, attempting to bill his ex-wife to my plan, removing his ex-wife from their daughter because they removed her insurance from him. Every single visit for 8 years has been an insurance nightmare. Despite having corrected the issue every year it happens again and again.
