Services
At Toronto Physiotherapy our treatment style is highly personable, relaxed, and encouraging. We provide 1-on-1 care in private rooms with seasoned registered health professionals that have advanced post-graduate training in their area of practice. We do not use assistants or leave patients with machines.
Unlike what you may have experienced at other clinics, our Registered Physiotherapists provide one-on-one physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in modern and private physio rooms. Our focus is Physiotherapy because we are 100% physiotherapist owned.

We offer traditional Orthopedic Physiotherapy, as well as specialized services including: Neurologic, Cancer, Pelvic Floor, Sports, Home Physiotherapy, and Telerehab, as well as treatment for Chronic Pain.Toronto Physiotherapy provides physical therapy without compromise, but also without premium fees.
We can help you get your swelling under control, answer your questions, and give you the tools to manage your lymphedema or lipedema more effectively - and enjoy life more fully. We are a team of experienced physiotherapists and massage therapists trained to provide manual lymphatic drainage massage as part of an integrated approach to lymphedema and swelling management known as Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT).
Pelvic floor physiotherapy is recommended for a wide range of pelvic floor disorders: urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, and more. Although common, such disorders are seldom discussed and often assumed to be something that you 'just have to live with'. Using clinically validated methods, a pelvic floor physiotherapist can help you reduce or eliminate pelvic dysfunction and improve the quality of your life.
We offer evidence-based treatment for chronic pain. If a physical injury or condition is contributing, our thorough orthopaedic assessment and treatment approaches will work to address the physical component. In many chronic pain syndromes however, there are other drivers of pain, and often a sensitized nervous system is at play.

The staff at this clinic are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to hasten recovery. I have osteonecrosis of the knee. Danielle and Katie (the therapists I work with) are truly keen to help me build strength in my leg and improve my mobility. They both have a very gentle touch and manage to challenge me with exercises while not pushing me to the point of pain. I feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

A few years ago, I saw Lindsay Scott for help with a leg injury. So, this year, after an accident left me with four broken ribs and eight fractured vertebrae (including two totally smashed ones), I was in constant pain. I wrote to Toronto Physio asking if they could help with my very severe situation and I got a long caring reply from owner Lindsay who recommended a couple of her staffers. I went with Katie whom I am still seeing. She helped me pinpoint the exact sources of my troubles and has been working with me to correct them. (It's gonna be a lonnnnng road.) I feel like we are a team

Thank you so very much! I saw Katie throughout my pregnancy and she is absolutely fantastic!!!! She addressed every single issue I had in every session and minimized my pregnancy pain while increasing my mobility. She is a fantastic listener and very attentive. I could not have made it through my pregnancy without her let alone get through my day or continue to work!

I also saw Cynthia closer to the end of my pregnancy and wished I had seen her sooner alongside Katie. I left every yoga-physio session with Cynthia refreshed and revitalized with a balanced and centred body and mind.

I have been seeing Lisa weekly for about 4 months now and I am not exaggerating when I say that she has changed my life. She has helped me with stubborn chronic pain, anxiety, and clogged sinuses + she makes me feel valued, heard and cared for and I always look forward to going in and seeing her smiling face. I can not recommend her enough. Lucy at the front desk is also awesome!

I lost function of my foot earlier in the year and required surgery; post-op, my surgeon highly recommended physiotherapy. After asking around, I decided to go with Toronto Physiotherapy. The staff here are lovely; they're very friendly. I have had 3 appointments with James so far. I have seen many doctors and the medical lingo has been a little confusing so James has been great in explaining everything to me. I still have a ways before recovery, but look forward to setting up the foundations with Toronto Physiotherapy.

What a great bunch! Thanks!

Lisa is my physio here, but the whole office is great. I feel really welcome here, and like I'm getting a lot of help, even after only two visits. Lisa and I have spent a lot of time talking about the issues I've been having, and we've got a game plan for improvement. Although my basic function is limited, especially in my right leg and right arm, we can maintain my capabilities and work on strength in the other sides. Also, they have the amazing ANTIGRAVITY TREADMILL (Alter-G) here, and I've never been on something that seemed to fix my walk
