My profession allows me to be a part of our healthcare system, but more importantly, part of our patients' lives. I enjoy meeting different people and providing them with compassion and understanding while meeting their dental needs. It is fulfilling to share with them my knowledge and experience and, in turn, learn from them as well.
I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in London at the University of Western Ontario where I practiced for two years. I then spent three years in Philadelphia receiving my Master's degree in Oral Biology and my Periodontal Specialty Certificate. I am a member of the International Team of Implantology, the American Academy of Periodontology, a fellow of the Misch Institute, and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.

Dr Lail has always been very helpful to me with my teeth issues. He is gentle and supportive when dealing with my particular gagging issue when getting dental work. His Dental Hygenisits are also very gentle with the same issue and the work they do cleaning my teeth. The receptionist is super friendly and does all the work to make sure billing and appointment scheduling is done right. One of the best dentists and dental staff I have even dealt with

Very friendly and accommodating. Several times they have helped me out last minute for appointments including getting me in the same day when I had an tooth ache.
I’ve had to wear a night guard for 30 years and only when I starting seeing Dr.Lail I was recommended to specialist for the first time. So I now have a perfectly fitted mouth guard for the first time. Over the years I’ve had a few very uncomfortable ones. Very happy to have found a dentist who cares!!

They are gentle on you and make sure you are okay or if getting a needle for cavities makes sure you are numb enough. Gives you all details when asking questions and options.They don't try and push procedures on you to gain more money they give options and give the best advice on how to better your oral hygiene. They are all so kind and polite a very welcoming place to go. And also great with kids making them feel comfortable and not scared.

Great dental practice, wise and very friendly. They are efficient and quite helpful to inform you and give you the information you need to make a wise choice.
My teenage daughter is needing to get her wisdom teeth out and Dr Lail spoke with her (us) about the procedure and her concerns. At first she opted to go for the surgeon to do the wisdom teeth. Now she is rethinking her decision.
It clearly says a lot when a teenager is willing to change their mind because he made her feel comfortable enough to do so! I think that says it all! She hasn't made her final decision yet but I think I know what

I’ve been going to Dr. Lail since he started this practice. He did a great job with my orthotics when I was a teenager, and calmed me down before he took my wisdom teeth out. He always makes me feel comfortable and that my opinions are heard. The staff are great, it’s always a pleasure to talk to Chris when I come in. I would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

I’m really happy to have found Dr. Lail’s dentist office. I haven’t had great experiences elsewhere but I felt very at ease there. Every encounter from the front desk, to the hygienist and Dr. Lail himself was positive. I appreciate the kindness from all staff as well as ensuring to explain all procedures in depth and make sure you’re comfortable. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lail and associates for over 15 years. I appreciate having the same hygienist who seems to remember me and my husband from our last appointments. The dentists and hygienists have helped reduce my anxiety during fillings and a root canal. I also appreciate the direct billing and kindness of Kris at reception. My infant son will be a patient once he gets teeth too!

My favorite dentist office. Very well run office and staff, and hygenists provide great care and thoroughness.
Previous went as a kid growing up and enjoyed another checkup when back in the area.
The dentists are very helpful and knowledgeable talking you through the check up and what they found.
