Dr. Robert Houston affectionately referred to as 'Dr. Bob' by his patients, established this practice in the year 1974. He founded the current practice at Thamesford immediately after completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery Program from Western University. Professionally, Dr. Houston has been a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, Oxford Dental Society & Emergency Services for Oxford County since 1974.

Dr. Bhatnagar and his team at Thamesford village dental are phenomenal! I went in for an emergency root canal and he managed the pain and did a beautiful job through multiple visits, even assisting needs during the difficulties of Covid with extreme care. Christina his assistant is friendly and an expert at keeping you comfortable. Janice at the front desk is a warm and beautiful person who makes you feel very welcome. My recent visit and experience at Thamesford Village Dental was very positive. I was a long time patient of Dr Houston's and was sorry to see him retire, however, Dr Sandhu, who is now looking after me, is terrific. She is very professional and made me feel at ease by explaining, in layman terms, a couple of options for my treatment. I hardly felt a thing when she gave me the freezing and she was very careful and gentle during the whole process. I am very thankful to Dr. Sandhu and I would encourage anyone who needs a dentist to call her office. Welcome to Thamesford Dr Sandhu!!!
