How this shop got rated more than one star is shocking. I contacted them as I am stranded in Toronto and have been for 3 weeks now. Perhaps this is how they treat out of province customers I'm not sure? I am glad they are not getting my business and they really need to train their staff on their customer service. I have other choice words for whomever I was in contact with (who didn't even have the decency to tell me who they were) however I will be taking this as far up as it can go.

Great service, got my tire fixed quickly and paid a fair price. They didn’t try to sell or push more than what I needed. Good to support this local business!

Was at work during my lunch. called in to change out 2 of my rear tires. told to come in 10 mins. got there in 10. waited 20 mins. front receptionist was nice guy. guy in charge of shop however was not. latin american looking. told him rear right jack point is rusty and weak and to raise the car from the diff. told me immediatly not to tell him how to do his job. i said my 97 540i was built by me and that i know my car very well. he insisted in using the hoist with a wooden block, and rebuffed all notions of using a ordinary jack at the diff or front right point. i even offered to jack it up myself

Real low life crooks, took my car in for an alignment few kilometers later car breaks down. Never had a problem before until taking it to these crooks. I payed 200+ and 180 for a diagnostic which had trully no details of what they checked on the vehicle. They told me my cars "steering column" broke. They wanted to charge me 3000 for. Turns out a steering sensor needed to be replaced. If i had the money i would have placed a lawsuit on this place. Please if your reading this dont ever and i mean EVER consider taking your vehicle here, tell your friends, tell strangers, these are real con artists

I bought a used 2014 BMW X1 that was certified in Ottawa in February. When the Napa mechanic looked at it in October, the brakes (all four) were in need of replacement. Harvey the owner called me and explained what he found then picked me up at my nearby house and brought me in to show me the exact condition of the brakes. There was absolutely no doubt as to the need for the work, moreover, Napa was able to complete the job with original BMW parts for considerably less cost than BMW dealer service. I am very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and willingness to explain that the owner and

Do not use this autoshop. They are a bunch of scammers. They are the stereotypical autoshops that give the industry a bad rep. The first time I went, I had a 3 year old car with 40,000KM on it and they told me I needed a brand new battery. The next time I went about 6 months later, they told me I needed a new brake system. I knew it didn't feel right but they used vital parts to the car like battery and brakes, and say it in such a believable way, my first reaction is to agree. I'm no expert by any means and I felt I was at their mercy. They scammed my sister into needing new hardware for her tires

Brought my car to this Napa on a few occasions to get my winter and summer tires switched and have had nothing but bad experiences with them. When I got my winter tires put on last winter, they did not balance them correctly, resulting in my car violently shaking when driving on the highway. I had to take it back in for them to fix, but I chalked this up to a simple mistake and didn't think much of it.
HOWEVER! I took my car back in May to have my summer tires put on and that is when things got real sketchy. About 30 minutes after dropping my car off, I got a call from the guy who runs the front
